Appraisal Certificate |
|
On
any internet purchase over $200, you will receive a detailed appraisal.
The appraisal is useful if you decide to insure your jewelry. It will
describe the item(s) and give a replacement value for each piece. Since
you are paying wholesale prices, and most items are one-of-a-kind, the

Diamond
Purchases

On any purchase
of a single diamond larger than 1/2 (0.50) carats you will receive a free
lifetime trade up guarantee. This simply means that you may use
the full purchase price of your diamond towards the purchase of a more
valuable diamond that we have in stock. For example, if you purchase an
engagement ring for $5000, and the price of the diamond was $4,500. You may
trade-up that stone in a year for a $6,500 diamond and only pay
the $2,000 difference. An official
diamond certificate explaining this policy is available upon request at no
additional charge. The certificate will have the specifications of the
diamond you are purchasing and the purchase price of the diamond. TOP |

regardless of quantity. Overnight shipping via Express Mail
is just $18 per order. We
ship everything fully insured with tracking information.
Shipping outside of the United States
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination. All orders must ship via
secure international delivery service (such as FedEx or UPS). Please
contact us to inquire about a shipping rate to a
specific destination. Remember to include which item(s) you are interested
in, and your complete mailing address with postal code. TOP

Ring
Sizing
|

All rings will be mailed in women's standard ring
size 6-7 and men's standard ring size 10 unless otherwise specified. The
charge for sizing 14 karat gold jewelry is $8 per size up, or a flat $8
charge if size needs to be reduced. If the item is made of a different
type of metal, such as 18kt gold or platinum, we will notify you of the

Exchanges or Returns
|
|
Your satisfaction is our top
priority. Most jewelry can be returned within 14 days for a refund
or exchange less any shipping and/or sizing charges. If you received
free shipping on your purchase, shipping charges will be deducted from
your return credit. The standard shipping fee is $8.
Items
which cannot be returned:
1.
Since
Benchmark Wedding Rings are custom made to your finger size,
they me only be exchanged if the size is incorrect. Otherwise, Benchmark
Wedding Rings cannot be returned.
2.
Closeout merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Closeout merchandise includes any products where "closeout" is written
in its description. Since these items are being liquidated, and their
prices have been drastically reduced, we cannot accept returns.
3. Any special
order jewelry purchase that has been customized.
To return an
item, please follow the instructions below.

Call Richard's Gems and Jewelry at
1-888-JEWEL-88 or 305-379-9008 to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. If you request a refund, the amount of the
purchase, less shipping and sizing costs will be credited using your original
payment method.

Be sure to indicate whether you want an exchange or refund to the representative.

receive the merchandise, send your return with tracking
information and appropriate
